Your product photos and the shots you generate are yours. They're stored privately and sent to our AI providers only to render the shots you ask for — we don't sell your data. To export or delete your account and data, email [email protected]. Full details are on our privacy page.
One credit makes one shot. Downloading a shot is free, and a failed generation (timeout or model error) is refunded automatically. Re-rolling a shot or applying an edit each create a fresh shot, so each uses one credit.
They reset — we don't roll credits over. Our cost is continuous and real, so letting credits accumulate would force us to either raise prices or build complex rationing. If you consistently don't use your full quota, downgrading is one click on the Billing page.
No. AI generation has a real per-call cost we pay our providers the moment you press Generate — it's spent whether you keep the shot or not. The exception: if our pipeline fails (timeout, model error, a false-positive content flag), the credit returns to your account automatically. You don't have to ask.
Open Billing and choose a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and the new quota is available right away; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your current quota until then.
Open Billing and cancel — no exit survey, no retention call. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, then stops; we don't re-bill cancelled accounts. Billing runs through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
