Terms of Service

ShopShot is operated by OPTIMIZE IT BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Optimize IT”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the ShopShot website or product (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Do not use the Services if you do not agree.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version is always at shopshot.ai/terms.

Account terms

• You must be 16 or older to use the Services.
• You must provide a valid email address to sign up.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright or trademark laws).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to generate or process:

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW content.
• Imagery of identifiable individuals without their consent.
• Branded products you do not own or have authorization to depict.
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights, or content that depicts violence, weapons, drugs, or illegal goods.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the product photographs you upload and the shots you generate, and can use them however you want, including for commercial purposes. There is no assurance or guarantee that the generated images do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others — you are solely responsible for assessing whether the Services and the resulting images are appropriate for your needs.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your uploads and shots solely to operate the Services (including transmission to the image-processing providers listed in our Privacy Policy). This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not sell or license your content.

Payment and billing

ShopShot is a paid subscription with a monthly credit allowance. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record — Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase, processes the payment, and calculates, collects, and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT. “Dodo Payments” (not ShopShot) will appear on your card or bank statement. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo Payments’ Terms.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Refunds are handled through Dodo Payments. When you subscribe you receive immediate access and can generate shots right away. Because we cannot recall generated content once delivered, subscriptions are generally non-refundable after first use. If a technical issue prevented you from using the Services, or you have not generated any shots, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll review a refund.

AI outputs

ShopShot shots are produced by AI and may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or artifacts. You are responsible for reviewing each shot before commercial use. We make no guarantees about specific output quality, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Intellectual property

The ShopShot platform — the code, design, brand, scene catalog, and other materials we provide — is owned by Optimize IT or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or otherwise exploit the Services for commercial purposes without our written consent.

No warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimize IT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may discontinue use of the Services at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected] (see our Privacy Policy for what we retain and for how long).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence entitles you to bring the dispute in your local courts.
